I’m tired of fooling with this engine. Shop’s don’t want to work on it. Engine is bad and wouldn’t run over 4,000 rpm. Anyone ever heard of replacing it with a carb unit? Nice looking machine. Hate to just throw it away.

Not worth the trouble. Just find a carb ski.
Electrical, wiring, fuel tank, everything is different, not worth swapping.

I get it and am guilty of it too. #1 rule of Seadoo, never dump money into a DI that doesn’t run.

I like em'. You might be able to sell some parts. Gauges, MPEM, Fuel Pump, Injectors, Engine, Jet pump. It's a pain but you can make some $$ back.

I assume it’s got a maintenance light and is in “limp” mode of sorts?
