Good Deal?

[new to boating]

I am new to boating, looking to purchase my first boat to have some fun with the family this summer. I'm looking at a 2000 Sea Doo Challenger, 20 foot, 240 HP, electronic fuel injection.

The boat does have some stress cracks and the swim platform has a small tear in the vinyl. Other than that it runs great, and looks good cosmetically.

Asking price is $7500... does this sound like a good deal? Anything I should be concerned about or look into further? Thanks for any help you can offer, much appreciated!

my opinion

You'll get different opinions, mainly, on the type of engine that boat has. Personally, i'd run from it, then again, i never worked on one.
