So, my 1995 Shorelander PWC 1000 trailer began spitting grease on the inside of one of the rims. Time to replace the double lip bearing seal. When I took the hub off to inspect, I found the spindle sleeve is free moving on the spindle as well. Not sure if the grease is leaking from the seal or getting under the spindle sleeve.

Ordered new bearings, seals, spindle sleeves and also a new set of bearing buddies that have the blue "full" indicator insert. Should have it all here in a few days and will post pics of my overhaul...

You got that right! That is the reason why every hose, fitting, cables, carbs rebuilt and most of the wearable electrical parts (solenoid, coil, relay, etc) have been replaced on my Seadoo... I know I spent some money up front that maybe I did not need to, BUT... I have confidence that all of my preventative maintenance I did over the last year will not leave me on the water in frustration due to something giving out because of it's age. The only thing left is the engine and that I will not touch until either the compression drops below 130 or it gives out...
