Fuel Trouble

I have a 96 seadoo gtx not pumping fuel replaced fuel sending unit still not pumping only 5 volts on wires going to it any ideas?

Ummmmmm.... There's no fuel pump in the tank. Those wires are for the fuel level sender.

You engine, has the pump in one of the carbs. It will only pump when the engine is spinning.

it has duel carbs what would be causing it to not be getting fuel then?

clogged fuel selector switch or bad o-ring in the inline fuel filter.
