2002 Seadoo GTX RFI fuel gauge has no display at all. I've been researching various articles and unlike the older style with the floats and magnets and the F1 issues it appears that possibly on this fuel pump I might be able to change out just the sending unit vs. the entire fuel pump, am I correct on this and if so, is this usually the issue. Also is this location accessed under the small storage bin where you can keep the key? I am not mechanically inclined otherwise, so I am sorry if this is a complete newbie question.
Also, I've read some ways to validate the gauge by jumping a cable or something like this. If someone can show a picture or better explain what has to be done to confirm the gauge is good, I again would appreciate it.
