Fixed--A dollar.

Yes, carbed.

Look at the ring around the collar, that bitch sits in the water. That stain ain't buffing out either, that's a wet sand right there. Not to mention the hatch should be purplish/blue, not textured rhino liner black. Wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole.

Go for it, yes it's carbed, and you've already got the motor, just takes elbow grease for the hull, maybe a lot of elbow grease. Sitting that low in the water I would check the electrics and wiring before I bought it.

NICE!!

As above... yes... it's carb'ed. 951 powered.

Running and clean... it's worth $5k in the spring... $3500 in the fall. It looks clean from the pics... but it also looks like the coated the deck lid in a textured paint?? (like truck bed liner) Could be good if it was done well.

I flipped three or four boats last year and I have passed on the ones coming through this year. I did not hold out for top dollar(and yes Fl prices are lower) but I got $2500-$3000 for them running. They are an absolute back breaker to work on down in that engine room. Of coarse he is not mentioning all the gauges that don't work and whatnot. I feel like the guy is $1000 over priced for what he has....especially for this time of year. How much work and money do you want to have in a 14 year old ugly boat?

Even if you got it for $1500, you'll probably pay around $1200 for your 951 engine or more since you will need a new counterbalance(probably shredded the gear up). Right there you're at $2700, and if you only sell it for $3500 you'll make $800.And that's just for that, not including the "little" items, the one pic shows the little storage cover missing that will slowly eat into your "profit" and drive your labor rate into sub Mcdonalds wages. And if you want to water test it, you'll need registration, so for the boat and trailer you're probably at another $2 to $250, plus taxes. I'd say to get $5K that thing better shine like a new penny, more time in detailing. Wait 11 more days, December 18th, lowball a grand offer just in time for Xmas. Extra presents for those kids in the boat! I'd say it's a good deal--if you're keeping it for yourself but not a flip but I assume since you asked the value it's a flip. Don't mean to sound negative but I'd hate to see you lose your shirt on it. That an I can't get past the bed linered hatch. A buff and a turf kit could have fixed that.

Dan,

Sqrl has an extra 951 engine, rebuilt and ready to go into the boat. It would solve two problems for him, he could get rid of the spare engine and have almost enough cash for a new spark.

i was all for this project myself until I saw the $1900 price tag... no thanks.
$1,000 max. I did well with the boat project's i've done, but my entry price points were $600 and $500.

He says he is open to trades. I've got a log splitter you can have. ALL it needs is a new battery...
