while fogging my engine, its a sea doo 1998 gti , the engine did not stall. I sprayed it about 3 times 1o to 15 seconds each time, but it kept running. Should I worry???

I dont think it is a problem. I did mine this weekend (2000 GTI) and it did not shut off either but I know it is fogged. Then I fogged the spark plug holes as well.......

It shouldn't be a problem. I have noticed with different types of fogging oil/lube...some want to kill the engine more easily than others.

Just make sure when you spray it, it "mists" a bit. If nothing but a solid stream of oil comes out and you do not have access to fire it directly in the carb, your engine may have trouble sucking enough of it up.

I wouldn't worry either

Last year I fogged mine in the water and got it to stall out. This year it was on the trailer and couldn't get it to stall. Same fogging oil, do what RFoster did and spray some in the spark plug holes and rotate crank a couple times after sprayin .. you'll be good to go.

awesome thanks guys. now i will grease where it needs it and spray around some silicon. I read somewhere about draining the oil pump. where is that located?

Same here - with my 2009 Challenger in the garage running with water hose attached would not even begin to stall. I just gave it lots of XPS into the breather with filter off. Then did the plug removal fogging and cranked it a few turns with the throtttle valve wired open. Only wrinkle I had was to rig the water hose with a midpoint shut off valve such that I could do the engine on, water on, water off, engine off trick from the driver's seat without asking my wife to help which would have been much more difficult, if not downright dangerous.
