I saw that one for sale in Lakeland, what is the story why this boat has no title??

no idea, my guess is in order though , 1. does not own the boat legally (i.e. never got title from friend or previous owner) 2. still has lien on title 3. stolen 4. lost title, too lazy to get new one, but can easily do so
