Nice Corrado Cro. Always wanted a VR6 Corrado. Heck, I'd even like to have an old Scirocco.
My older brother purch a BRAND NEW silver scirocco in 1975 his first car. What a lemon ! Good thing I worked as a tech at a VW Shop i was always wrenching on that thing. My sons daily driver is a audi awd 5 speed. My middle son just got a 2000 GTI 1.8T

edit: Anyone need a 717 engine and complete white box.

I'm about to strip XP if nobody buys it whole.

omg you still have that thing ?
you poor bastard !
i'm shocked it hasn't sold... really

matt, there's a 95 rotting on cement bricks in the back yard of a house I drive by all the time, I really had no interest in it because its a 717 so I never stopped and knocked on their door, however, with your needs in mind... i'll stop by and offer a Benjamin for it and see what happens, its worth a gamble that the mpem works, I can sell it to you cheap and part out the rest, IMO its not a restoration project, the hull was all rashed up.

and let me say.... (patting myself on the back) after shopping around for a 2nd gp1300r for the last 3 weeks or so, I absolutely STOLE my 2006 !!!

still shopping for a well priced 4 stroke yami and a honda r12x, but I think I found the right r12x up in Jacksonville, low hours owned by an older fella...

Spim, do tell about that 06 GP1300r!

I rode one on Labor Day. We had our boat out in Black Creek (south of JAX) and we met some guys at a beach area who were out with two skis. The owner let me ride both skis one of which was an 06 and the other was a turbo Honda. I had my wrist mounted Garmin Foretrex 201 GPS with me and I saw 63.8mph. I really don't know anything about the history or maintenance of the Yami. It ran good and that was the number that I saw. The Honda was a couple of mph slower and much "softer" accelerating vs the Yami. The Black Creek straightaways were a bit short and I think that if I had a longer stretch of water, I might have seen a little bit more top speed.

Thanks Spim but I do have a solution in mind. I have the Ebox from the 96GTI that I got the 717 and T tank from. I'll have the only DESS 95XP around.

Thanks for the report Danny. Those #'s make me feel good. My 800 powered X4(pump gas) is over 60 now and the RXX's are faster.

We'll re title it as a 96

Those tires look great for backing down a beach or bank with no ramp needed.

I am sure that was the objective. I have seen that on a few trailers here where they back down the beach and drop in the water there.

Don't those tires look like they belong on a Lawn tractor, ATV or something other than a dual ski trailer?

haha yea, lets just hope they have a speed rating of at least 70

LOL, those tires are awesome! I put them on my two place 215/60-8 LRC 6 Ply rated at 935 a pop @ 50 psi. I think I paid $138 shipped for 2 mounted on 5 lug galvanized rims. I don't back down the beach either. The crap tires they replaced were riding on the center of the tire, these tires have a square tire profile so you ride on almost the full tread width. Had them in 2 days from http://www.trailertiresandwheels.com/

Hells Yeahs Spim. These are like the lamers I replaced. See how they ride on the center, plus mine had a few broken cords and were seriously deformed.
