Just looked at all of the pics, looks like someone took of the head, and never placed, the jugs look really rusted, who knows how the crank would be. Looks like someone picked this up at a storage auction. Mpem is worththat though.

That hull looks great, besides the rusty jugs everything else looks damn good. Looks like its a parts machine and you cant test the mpem without the key.

Wonder what happened to the rest on the ski. Looks like it was sawed off
$75 sounds like it could be a steal.....what does it include?
If some one buys this w/trailer...please let me know as I have a non-registered trailer that the Florida office is giving me grief on it.
I also like the larger tires.

Next time your in mi let me know, i will get you a weight slip, just register it here as a homemade trailer, get yourself a permanent plate for $75 and your good.

could you just take it to a diff office? i'm not super sure how it works, but I heard it was pretty easy, more or less just need to weigh it right?

yes, its relatively str8 forward. take ski off trailer, weigh trailer, bring slip to tag office, buy tag, they issue a vin, return to friends house, crank ski back on your trailer, go home. 1-2 hour project and a major PITA !!!
I did just that after Brad's (Rampage) suggestion. they had my info in their system so they knew I tried to register it earlier.
I'm in Michigan now. But the ski is registered and kept in Florida...along with the trailer.
I'd say register it in Michigan, I doesn't matter where the trailer is registered really. And if you get hassled just tell the cop you have two skis and one trailer. The trailer is here in the winter and in Michigan in the summer.

is your gsx a 787 or a 951 ? i have a 951 hull in the back yard, but its the ugly purple/red (could be blacked out) and i'd let it go cheap I've already taken out the MPEM and motor but everything else is still there.

787. The hull is far from "bad", needs a good buffing, but the decals are shot and the original hood is cracked to hell. I have a red one that I spray bombed yellow on it for the time being but no mirrors.

Well no wonder him and the buyer didn't work it out. No I completely missed that and it sounds like a nasty trick on the sellers part.
