6K? He would still be stupid at half that price! Yes it's the old race stuff I seek but that guy is WAY too attached. It just does not even begin to add up.
The last un-built carbon hull waited at $500 till wayne from NY could get it on a trip he had planned. It was also new and better looking. Don't get me wrong I do want it. It just has to sit there for a month or better till he realizes he should bust up the stash or soften significantly on his price.

Never thought I'd do this but... OUCH! Here goes.
1-TEAM BUTCH 1997 SPX X4 hull.
blueprinted hull, splash guard, original Butch graphics, tabs, carbon fiber hood, jet dynamics 2 piece ride plate, jet dynamics intake grate, fuel tank has high volume pickups, UMI steering with drop lever, #3 rise jet trim seat with one of a kind stitching and print...this is a very special boat to me.
2-ATM carbon fiber XP X4 bottom hull and a "super light weight" top deck ( you can almost see thru it )...
This combo has never been in the water, never been assembled, never been drilled for mounts. Deck has never been drilled for a grab handle or side vents.
1 of 6 ever built with this bottom design. AGAIN it is BRAND F-ing NEW!
Odyssey Sponsons, factory duck bill drains and a carbon fiber hood. I was planning on being buried in this hull...lol.
I did mock up the UMI steering system.
3- Race motors.
1st is a 787 bored to 83.5mm triple port cylinders trued and welded crank, match ported everything. RED TOP carbs, NEPTUNE pipe, etc, etc,...
needs cylinders cleaned up and 84mm pistons (the wiesco in 1 cylinder had a ring pin come out and lightly scored it). At 190psi and homebrew fuel it would run 64.5 with a stock pump.
2nd motor is a R&R Jettech engine, BLACKJACK's or NOVI's (not sure), FACTORY SPEC 2 pipe, was around 225psi this motor was new to me but it supposedly ran 65 in a stock hull???
I have water injection, pumps (stock with skat and solas props, stock blue printed with skat props and a skat 12 vein setback that needs a little attention), pipes, water boxes, electronics, tons of tabs custom cut and stock, WESTCOAST drop tabs, intake grates of all designs, sponsons, drive shafts, hoods, seats, stock short blocks, God this is painful! the list goes on and on.
1 lot for all my two stroke race stuff = $6000 FTF cash only (NOTE: I may cry on your departure).

Good if he gets that kind of money it makes our stuff worth more. I've been thinking about that ATM hull though.

I'm sure it's fast, but I just can't get past it's doppleganger. Waaaaaay too much white.
Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder. That would be the last ski I'd want, I don't care if it's hull is 10 mph faster than a doo hull. I honestly can't get into the look/style of a kawi or yammie they just don't do it for me, it doesn't scream aggressive. The sexiest ski made to date is the X4, I'm sorry that's just my opinion. I'm just a die hard brp guy, I was raised on them. They got their hooks into me as a young kid bombing snowmobiles around in the winter and it just progressed from there. Their kool-aid tastes so good.
