"Extra shims" 720 build

I am ready to put my 720 lower together. I had these shims with the crank assembly.
I can't find where they came from and the manual does not show them.
Does anyone know where they go?

Only thing that size is the Rotary valve shaft.

I've never seen anything like those inside a 720 before. Have you got something else tore apart? Lawnmower? Generator?

Could be connecting rod spacers.

I replaced a connecting rod. I got new spacers with the new rod. I am thinking these are the old spacers. The new spacers have a "waffle" texture to them,
But possibly the stock ones were smooth.
I will check them out when I get back to the shop on Sunday.
