exterior parts, mildew/mold? What type of paint can I use?

I have a 94 xp and all the soft parts have a dark crud on them I have tried several soaps and solvents to remove but have only minimal results and made them all sorta sticky/gooey. What type of paint would work on these or what is the fix?

nothing will fix it. (sorry) We have been looking for a good cleaner for a long time... but once the handlebar pad get's soft/sticky... it's dead. You can try vinyl paint... but it normally won't stick very long once the original part starts to decay.
