reminds me of this ugly story...
I had an older single trailer that came with a part-out, I sold to a guy that was picking up a GTX at the boat ramp, he asked me if it will hold a GTX and I said "sure" (I will never say that again). Turns out it was a 4tech GTX, and it also turns out the axle was really rusty near the hub, he pulls out of the ramp, made it about 12 feet when the axle snapped, he called me pretty pissed off and I felt terrible about it so I unloaded my trailer and drove to the ramp and it took about 6 of us to lift it up enough to slide the ski onto my trailer, gave him a $150 refund to get a replacement axle off the $250 sales price and apologized. Had to keep his GTX in my garage for a couple days while I waited for him to fix the axle.
Turned out to be a pretty nice guy once I came to the rescue, but I couldn't stand the idea of the poor dude sitting there at the boat ramp with a busted axle on a Sunday afternoon.
