Well, I have a hot tub to trade. Worked the last time I used it (2 years ago).

Called and asked the guy if he'd be willing to split the pair so I could get the XP and if he'd being to throw in the trailer if I gave him my single and some cash for it. He said sure, so I asked what his price would be and he wants $4200 and my single for one ski and a double trailer. I just told him I was sitting at more like $2500 if everything checks out.
He got all butthurt and said I insulted him and that I didn't know how rare a jetski a XP is and that I didn't know what this ski is capable of. I then informed him that I already own an XP and bought it with 17 hours on the original motor, not rebuilt for $2500. And he just said that I got lucky, and that the PO didn't know what he had. Lol

Good god almighty my buddy had an 03 xp he bought for 25 in the winter thinking he was getting a hell of deal. had 103 hours on it listed it for 3500 then 3000 eventually had to just take what he had in it and let it go for 2600. They dont sell for that much anymore after all theyre still 11 year old skis now.

To be honest, I don't mind the overpriced skis, It's entirely possibly that they are crazy clean & one of none out there. Remember those two 96 XP's that looked like they just came out of the crate?

But, if if a person is going to ask twice the market price, then he/she needs a lot of photo's showing why its worth that. Not one low res picture from the middle of January... just my thoughts.....

Yes but that's not a fair comparison. On that dealer ski by the time you add a trailer, tax, and all the fees the dealer and the state charge you it's probably more like $9,000. Also the private party ski could probably be had for less than asking while the dealer isn't going budge much on that blow out price.

Well Its funny you say there may be a resto coming soon lol, motor has 150 compression in each hole. The beach cart needs new hub hardware,

Motor has never been apart

The wheels need a good powerwashing. You can see I started on one but had to get ready for work

Oh yeah 150 baby, cant fake that and no oil is seeping from the exhaust or from the cylinders.

The hull is faded but no stress cracks, it will need the seat rewrapped too, the vts does not work.

It starts right up, it even had a good battery in it.
