Couple Questions

I just purchased a 2013 GTI 130 SE and have a couple of questions:

1) Does anyone know the part number for the rubber strap that retains/secures the emergency kit within the front storage compartment?

2) What keeps the divider plates in place on the front storage compartment? They slide into place and have a rubber strap at the top but after riding for a bit, they slide up and out and flop around within the front storage compartment. Super annoying…
