I have a 93 GTX with a 278000202 coil in it. I have tested the ohms resistance from wire to wire (boots on) and they are fine. WHen I place a voltage meter on the end of the plug wires, one wire, the front one, is showing very low voltage, where as the rear one seems to be sparking well.
Has anyone heard of a coil pack being weak on one side, OR do they completely fail if they are going to? I am having difficulty locating a USED coil at a reasonable price to see if this is the issue. A new one these day runs $200 and is just a complete rip off from Bombardier being as it would be about a $10 part at manufacturing level.
