Hey guys ... the choke cable of my challenger '97 (single engine - 787 - 110 hp) is broken in two ... I went to the local Sea Doo shop and ... they told me that there are no choke cables available anymore because they just don't make those things anymore at Bombardier  ! ! !

Damn ... :(

Anyone have a solution for this small problem? Is it possible to make a cable and fit it myself?

Sorry for my bad writting ... live in Belgium ... one of the little few Sea Doo Boaters in this small country ...

Depending how good you are with a soldering iron... and if the casing (outside black housing) is still good. You can get cable, and solder, or swedge on your old ends... but the easy solution is to just remove it, and install a primmer kit.

Thanks Dr. Honda. Fixed the choke with a cable from a ... twin bicycle (3 m long). And it holds perfect ;-)
