Can more than one part number for the pump housing work on a 03 STD GTX replacement?

My part number off of the parts fiche is 271001382 but I wondered if others would fit as well since online sources seem very limited. Mine is cracked by one of the lower mounts in two places on the inside wall facing the wear ring. Mine does have the grease, not the oil.

Well, I found a seller cross referencing one other part: 267000312 which is slightly more available online. OSD has them for less than anyone at $269 currently but it is a bare housing.
