Can I bring my seadoo up to sandy shore of a park in Ontario?

Hello there

I live in Toronto and I usually take my seadoo to Scarborough Bluffers Park. There is a sandy beach there and I was wondering if, by law, I'm allowed to pull up to the sandy shore (where people swim) with my seadoo and pick someone up?
