Anyone know how to reach a rep to complain about dealer service.

The jist is. I filled out the comment card that comes in the mail for service received. And the dealer proceed to call me and cuss me out of 5 mins because I gave them a bad review. Virginia power motorsports Beware.

i hate to be the bearer of bad new, but BRP's customer service is less than stellar. usually you'll just get a recording saying there is too high of call volume or something to that effect. i've heard some horror stories over the past few years about contacting BRP direct. i love their product and thankfully have never needed to complain, but i pretty much count on them not being there if i ever needed them.
