Its a 97 SeaDoo Challenger 1800

New upholstery, 2 787 newer engines 1 off a 98 jetski and 1 off a 99 jetski, compression test a few weeks back shows a 150/155, has new fuel lines and fuel filter, oil block off plates installed and converted to premix oil.

This will be my first boat so I am not sure what else to look for, so any info will be greatly appreciated. The guy said we can take it out so I will be bringing a buddy who has his own boat to help me.

Price is 6k

Opinions???

Personally... If I was going to buy the boat... I would put the oil injectors back on. It will be impossible to keep the mix right in a big fuel tank.

Also... did you witness the compression test? If not... have it done again. Never trust the seller.

Price wise... it's a good price for an 1800 if the engines are good, and the boat is in good condition.

If you are serious about it... take it out for a water ride. In about 15 min, you will know if everything is working, and if there are any overheating issues.
