J jryotas New Member Jul 13, 2016 #1 Just picked up a 98 GS . The flush port is just a water hose connection next to jet pump. Does this need to be plugged while using it on the water so the cooling water dont just run out here and not be forced into engine ?

Dr Honda Well-Known Member Jul 23, 2016 #3 open. that's actually a "Out" while the engine is running. If you plug it... you will overheat.
