NO, not if you are removing it. If you just want to take a hose loose, you may be able to get to it from the hood or back hatch if your arms are long and skinny. But it will not be anywhere near as easy as the port under the seat.

Here is what I would suggest. Do not mess with the seat attachment at the rear. It is doable, but messing with getting both the inner and outer boots back on and secured is harder than just loosening the two bolts on the front of the seat. There are two nuts on both sides (inside) of the engine compartment that you can loosen and raise the seat from the front. The front arms of the seat are plastic and will flex enough for you to pull the bolts out of the holes. Just be careful not to let the bolts scratch anything. Make sure your washers (rubber and stainless) do not get lost and are put back in the proper place/order when re-attaching. You can prop the seat up with something and get right to the port over the fuel baffle.
