Hello, I have a 97 xp. I just got this ski and it had no fuel lines on it when i got it. The previous owner started to replace the lines and did not finish. I rebuilt the carbs, cleaned filters and am ready to install new fuel lines .Does anyone know where i can get pictures as to where the lines go into the baffle pick up. I have the shop manual, but it doesnt really show how the lines come out of the pick up and where they go from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I usually go to www.parkeryamaha.com and click on the BRP parts finder link on the right side of page. You can then bookmark it. I think it's also on the seadoo web site and most other parts order sites.

None of that is going to help. The baffle could be in any position. If you look at it with a flashlight you will see "on" "res" "ret" and "vent" I think that is self explanatory.

I would suggest disconnecting the seat from the shock, tip it up, and opening the access port. It will prob be a lot faster than trying to connect them from the front. Plus it will make it easier to see the markings.

On and res go to the on and res on the selector, the out of the selector goes to the in of the gas/water separator, then the out goes to the in on the carb.

Replace the lines on the carbs too if it has not been done.

Then the overflow line from the carbs goes back to the "ret". Dont mess with the vent lines, they dont need to be changed.
