97 GTX idle help

can some one tell me how to set the idle i is set to low and i dont see where you set the idle

On the plate where the throttle cable goes to is a small screw adjustment that adjusts the linkage of both carbs at once. Use a mirror if you need to, to look at the plate/ adjuster near the mag carburetor end.
