So I ran my 97 gsx in December and it ran great. Had to charge the battery a little but it started and ran fine. I just pulled it out to run it again. I charged the battery again but this time when I pressed the start button, I got nothing. No clicking no nothing. Display comes on when I put on the key and trim works fine. Any ideas?

I would check in this order.
1. The battery, check under a load, ie when trying to start, check the voltage across the batter, you need at least 10.5 volts to start.
2. Check the battery connections, and the battery cables.
3. Check the solenoid, short across the main terminals, if the ski starts, replace the solenoid.

Does your beeper work? Do you get 2 short beeps when you put the key on? Hit the start button 5 times and listen for a beep sequence.

Also check the fuses on the mpem and in the rear ebox
