Temperature light won't turn off (1996 GSX)

Hi there,

The temp light of my 1996 seadoo gsx stays on continuously even with a cold engine.
This is not normal right?

The temp sensor still works fine. Because when I heat up the sensor the buzzer goes off.

Is the Issue located in the MPEM or is there something else that causes the light to stay on?
