still haven't worked on ski...waiting on rain to pass. Can anyone let me know fuel line size and about how much i will need. also water lines?

1/4" fuel line, 20ft. spool from you local autoparts store. Home Depot has full stainless steel hose clamps, $7 for a bag of 10, gonna need 3 bags to get it done IIRC.

I think the water line for the scupper bilges is 8mm or 5/16" I'd say roughly15'

Kicker has the water line info somewhere.

I have a set of bolts if you need them, but you can pick then up at lowes or Home Depot cheap

Not sure Lowes or HD is going to have the length you need for the carb screws. M8 X 75mm I won't even go to my HD for stainless hardware (worthless), Lowe's has a better selection but I don't recall anything over 50mm.

Yes you can put 12vdc to the Vts motor. Doesn't matter which lead is + or -, you can switch them to reverse the direction.

If you just want to check the motor, just pop the cover off the VTS unit and use the two leads on the motor.

Ace hardware has a really good selection of SS bolts. Half of my XP project bolts came from Ace.
