RESTO 96 xp Craigslist Find

Installed the jet dynamics intake grate the other day after drilling and using the tap on one set of threads.

What number is your grate? On the front between the 2 mounting holes there is a number cast in?

New buttons installed

Removed old seat cover and preped for my new Jettrim cover that was supposed to be here today via ups

Also put the hood decal on

They are nice. I installed a set on my 96 I had. They will sling you off if you aren't used to them

Everything is together and running great this is the ski from the tread 96 xp craigslist find that's kinda why I named the resto tread the same thing
 
I just read my other tread And realized I didn't mention I rebuild the carbs and put in new needle and seats in it
 
Not to shabby for my first time messing with vinyl, carbon fiber is awesome.

New poppy cover showed up also

If you've never ridden with sponsons, be prepared. I never had and I installed racerxxx sponsons, damn near threw me straight off on my first turn

The install went great. Battery side was super easy but, the water box side was twice as hard to get to. Not sure why mabye I got tired
 
Well, you always start with the second side first because the second side is usually the hardest. Lol.
