I rebuild the top end of my 951cc motor in a seadoo rx and ive put the pipe on twice and both times it vibrates loose! Anyone have this problem or know what COULD cause this? The bottom end has a rebuild crank in it, I have dumped large amount of after run oil in it just to help lube stuff if water DID get in there! What should I do? I dont wanna take it to the SCAM'ER (DEALER)

Your post is contradictory. You say you rebuilt the top end and then you say you put a rebuilt crankshaft in (bottom end). I'll assume you rebuilt the complete engine. You'll have to take the engine apart again and recheck the timing marks on the balance shaft and crankshaft. If these marks are not lined up, what you described will happen.

did you rebuild the bottom end? if so, did you align the cb mark and the crankshaft mark? if not, was it done by somebody who knows what they are doing? if the bottom end was professionally rebuilt, did you follow the manual sequence for putting the pipe back on with proper torque specs after you did your top end?

that 951 pipe has always been a problem for seadoo and the only way to do it right is to make sure your bushings are new and everything is in perfect alignment and properly torqued. when torquing the nut at the ex man and pipe, unbolt the carbs and let them hang so you can get better access to the nut.

when done right, they don't vibrate loose or break bolt heads off.

I bought the seadoo as is, was told that the bottom was just rebuild and had a rebuild crank in it all it needed was a new top end.

Well it's time to take it apart and re-time the shafts.
