Exploding tuned pipe washer

I was wiping the bilge after a saturday ride and just found one of the four tuned pipe washer was in pieces.
About half of it was is still loose under the nut, could not find the rest. Those are 8mm washers part no. 293 050 001 and they are THICK. Measured them at 1.98mm while the two pictured generic hardware store washers are 1.28mm.

How would you guys handle this? Just remove the only the affected screw, put a couple of generic washers, torque it down and call it a day? I would hope i dont have to to take this thing apart.

Edit: Its not the with with a nut. Its one of the three that use a screw.

You need to replace the lower rubber pipe bushings and sleeves if the sleeves are damaged. When these get worn they allow to pipe to vibrate and start breaking the upper bolts/studs and washers.

Thanks for the reply, mikidymac! Makes sense!! Do you mean no. 10 and 35? Just to be sure. And then when i get to solve the missing washer, can i just put the new one or should I loose any of the other screws?

You will have to pull the pipe to install item #7 and two #10's. Replace washers #2 and gasket #50. Use thread lock and torque specs from the service manual.
