'95 XP 800 will not start? Any advice?

It has 160 psi in the front cylinder and 150 psi in the back. I have put a brand new battery and spark plugs in it. It still has a very little faint spark in one cylinder and none in the other. One funny thing I noticed is that it has at least 40% of gas in the fuel tank and the gas light is on and it reads only one bar. Once I put the killswitch in it beeps twice. Isn't it suppose to only beep once. Do you think it is the starter, fuse, solenoid, or mpem that is broke? How do I check to see whats wrong and what should I check first? Am I going to have to hook it up to a seadoo diagnostic computer to see whats gone wrong. I had to do that on my '97 SPX years ago, and if I remember correctly it was the starter relay. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your a little shy on compression on the one cylinder, you will want to monitor that closely that it is not on a quick downward slide. It is nice to catch it before it blows, so it doesn't cause too much damage.
Check you spark plug leads and make sure there is no corrosion on both ends. Twist the ends that connect to the plugs off and cut 1/4" or so off and screw them back in, that will give you a fresh connection.

Your fuel baffle float is probably water logged so to speak, or the fuse inside the baffle is blown, that is probably why your gauge is not working properly. Not a hard fix, just takes some time. The older skis do that regularly.
You tested the spark so I assume your starter is working and the engine is turning over?

Yes the engine is turning over strongly, but not even the slightest little hit at all. Like it is not even making any sound like it is trying to crank.

Yes it does, and I plan on changing them out before I ride the ski. This ski's top end was rebuilt last summer, and was driven last September.

I let one of the experts comment more on the spark issue, but I am gonna guess that your carb filters are plugged from those fuel lines and you are not getting proper fuel. I would not run it on the water until you get the lines changed and the filters and selector switch cleaned out. You run the risk of it running lean and it will bake.

Not sure why the top end had to be rebuilt in the first place but it is possible that it was a result of those grey lines plugging things up.

Put some premix gas in the spark plug holes and give it a try, if it doesn't fire you have spark issues for sure, if it fires start looking at the fuel system. Clip the plug cables back and get into some fresh wire, even up at the boots.
