New subscriber and new owner of a fine Seadoo product. I have tech question concerning my recently acquired 95 HX. Recently I replaced all the gray fuel lines and converted to premix via block off kit. Am in the process of rebuilding the carbs (still waiting on rebuild kits...) Dawg gone USPS... Anyways, my question is this, I purchased the ski in nonworking condition and the Oil tank had already been removed. There are 2 check valves located under the fuel tower cover. The Seadoo parts catalog microfiche show these two lines teeing together and going to the fuel baffle. However, as it sits and as I replaced the gray lines with the automotive fuel lines, there is a check valve in the rights side of the hull that actually tee's into one of the check valves from under the fuel tower and to the fuel baffle. The other check valve/pressure release valve has a clear 1/4" line that is connected and runs into the bottom of the hull not connected to anything.
I have called several Seadoo dealers and spoke with their service technicians, but to no avail. So I thought I would bounce this off the ever so intelligent forum crowd. Please advise???
