657x Carb Adjustment

I have a 95 sportster with a 657x engine in it, fairly new motor.

MY plugs keep going bad after like 15 minutes of use, I know I am running this thing way too rich. It is causing VERY hard starts for me.

How do I adjust the carb to lean this bad boy up a little bit?

Unless someone has moved the adjustment screws... you really don't need an adjustment.

If it is running rich with stock carbs... I would do a rebuild, and look for a leaking needle and seat. If it's leaking, it will run rich, and make restarts very hard.
