55 in a 95 speedster?

does 55mph sound right? I also want to know if there is a way that i can swap the engines out? is there a big bore kit kit or something? is it impossible to hit 75 mph in this boat?:reddevil: please inform me of these things! also i need new seats or something, can anyone point me in that direction?

55 dont sound to far off. Think you can achieve 75mph, but get'n there, way too much $. Sell the boat, and what you're gonna invest, but toward bigger and thus more reliable..

you don't wanna be doing 75 in a 14 foot boat. at that speed it will hit a wave and keep going up...until it comes back down. you would need ailerons and elevators to keep it rightside up.
