Matt,

I was going to comment on how much your avatar has improved, if I remember correctly you had some guy with skinny legs (probably you), then a picture of your motor (who cares). But now you've got a picture of a good looking chic, my vote would be keep the avatar you have up today. Happy 4th.

The weather doesn't look good here today, rain forecast all day. So guess what we're cleaning the carpets today, what fun.

Lou

We are bbqing today, but going out on the lake Saturday

They're ready to go:

O.K., well as most of you in the Southeast know it's raining, so to keep in the spirit of the 4th. I just went outside and took a picture of the festivities.

Lake okoboji, Iowa! Been here sense Sunday, and both the 99' spx's ran great! It was an awesome vacation to say the least. Here's my girlfriend and her twin sister gettin' ready to go shred it up.

The 96 blew the driveshaft bearing and started taking on water so I had to put it on the trailer.
Got a few good hours in before it went.

Greetings from Arkansas! On my phone so I'll have to post pics when I get back, weather has been great so far we've gotten some good riding in.

I wish I had my 92 XP with me though bcuz my r/side sponson had a crack and got worse and fell off so now the ski is not handling properly with one sponson

I wish I had taken some pics!!

Got the limited out on the water for the first time this season.. I definitely need a new battery but was able to get it started.. Ran awesome, 6900 RPM with no problems, hit up every wake and wave I could find - only problem I had aside from the battery is I definitely need to get rid of the stock mats and get some hydroturf

The 96 has been a champion as usual..

So far this season I've added some hours..
The 97 : 16 hours
The 96 : 12 hours
The 98 : 4 hours, from today :)

Alright ill play along....

Was out with just a few guys I usually ride with.. Was a fun time for sure

BTW, i think me and my ski were made for each other as the last two digits in my ski are my initials :willy_nilly:

ALSO just to throw it out there I was out today for an amazing ride with a couple buddies.. Water was perfect.. We stopped to pick up a drink and I snapped a picture

Of course JSG FTW!!! I think its wrong of you to let the 99 even see daylight. Crate it up and stick it in the corner. ;)

If you havent seen the build thread on PWCt, this is LIL Wake. Its got the bottom of a 96 XP grafted to the hull. Everything is custom, he just got the engine cover and seating built and covered and this is its maiden voyage on Tonka after its transformation.

He still has plans for a vinyl wrap and wakeboard tower, but it sure looks great so far!

It ran great despite the 3' chop that day.

Lil' Wake is super cool, I've been keeping an eye on that build forever.

JSG- I love your X4 invasion pic! That is the positive result of a lot of quality work right there. I'm proud to just have a piston clip in there somewhere.

I will have to check the lil wake build out.

As for the x4 invasion we had 3 more show up too a 95 xp 800, 96xp and a 95 spx. It looked bad ass having them all together. Everyone on the beach kept asking what club we were in? One person asked if we got a group rate at the dealer lol.

The 99spx isn't seeing the corner any time soon. We do have to fix the broken sponson though lol.

Here's another picture with a few more x4's lined up (8 total here). Great weekend up at Higgins lake! Weather was nicer than it looks in the picture.

photo(99).JPGI got this engine ready. It's just something I could do in the rain. If this one won't put me in the 60's then I don't know what.

That was after my 96 xp blew up.

Jimnut yesterday was the nicest day on the lake, it was 86 and not a cloud in the sky. We only took out the 99 and the boat though.
