4 tec missing out of the hole

I have a 2002 Sea Doo GTX 4 tec limited 101 hours. It ran great Monday about 3 hours and for the first hour today then started missing on accelerating out of the hole. I have 2 and changed plugs and oil in both prior to Monday and fueled both same place and only one is doing this. I put old plugs back in same issue? I am stumped,
