2016 Seadoo GTI 155 Limited feels slow

So I took my 2016 Seadoo GTI 155 out with a friend and the PWC picked up a rock that destroyed the empeller and wear ring (a rock was stuck in the blade and grinded the wear ring down). I was stranded and idled my way about 4 miles back to the launched dock, later to discover with the rock was stuck in the blade the whole time. I had to idle back because it had no power and sounded crazy when I tried to give it throttle. When I took the jet apart to repair it, i discovered the bearing completely exploded also due to rust and lack of maintenance. I bought the ski last year 2nd hand, and being new to PWC's, it was just something I didn't realized needed servicing/inspecting every year or so. Not a big deal, I thought, and rebuilt the whole jet drive and took her out for a spin. She seems much slower at take off now and lost 4 mph at top speed . I used to get around 58 mph now she stays at 53 and touches 54 once in a while. Take off is slower now and when i put her in Sports mode, the break neck acceleration is gone. Once she's going she feels smooth so I don't think I'm getting any cavitation, the take off is just slower and not as responsive like before. Any idea what's going on?

If it's safe, I don't really care but if something that may go wrong on the wster, I need it fixed. I changed the empeller to what I thought was the Impeller SOLAS SR-CD-10/18A, but when the box arrived it was a Chinese brand. The seller guaranteed it worked the exact same after I contacted him, so I just ended up using it.

I also just remembered that this was the first time taking her out since winterized, with new plugs. If she was running on 2 cylinders, would I get a code, would she run that good at top speed being on 2 cylinders? She reaches 7000 rpm with no problem.

I went to check spark today and noticed oil on the plugs. I did enough research to determine that it may be the cause of my issue so I'm changing the plug tube first before anything else.

I'm a touch over half on the oil. Tomorrow my Tubes and head gasket will arrive and I'll do the service. The head bolts are 80 inch pound of torque, correct?
