Rock behind empeller?? 2016 Seadoo GTI 155

Got a rock stuck in the empeller on a 2016 GTI 155 Limited with iBR.
I got the rock free but it fell behind the empeller.
How do you rotate the empeller by hand???

You can't, but you should be able to go under the ski and get the rock from the intake side.

Working through the intake grate is how I got the rock loose. It’s about the size of quarter. I did not know if it would flow out the back on its own??

Use ibr override to raise the reverse bucket, then use a long grabber tool to reach in from the back and grab from the back.

Thank you all. Rock is out. Worked like a charm. Did the over ride, raised the reverse bucket and there they were 2 rocks.
Good introduction to jet ski life. I just got two and had been in the water a whole 1/2 hr.

That's funny how we have the same vehicle and the same problem happened around the same time. I had two rocks stuck in my jet. One was stuck in the blade and after I freed it, I discovered the second one when i lifted the bucket. But I didn't luck out like you did. My blade and wear ring were destroyed. I'm glad it happened though because I discovered my bearings were destroyed as well during inspection to repair.

Using the engine to back off the trailer may have been how I got my rocks. Thanks for the advice. I stay in deep water, in between the markers, so I was shock to have gotten the rocks.
