Hey guys I just have a quick question.

I would like to upgrade my 2013 GTS 130. Can anyone tell me all the available mods that I can do to it.

Thanks.

Hi & welcome to the forum.
Does the ski still have warranty attached to it????

If so, I would think mods are a no-no, I assume it voids the warranty.

where do you live?

I live in Long Island, and yes I even took out a 5 year warranty on it, but just in case something happens to it when I decide to put the mods on it, I am going to keep the stock parts and switch them back. I am just really curious of everything possible that I can do to the ski.

Would I be able to throw a supercharger or a turbo kit on it though later down the road? I'm sure I can.

Can it be done? yes and no. It will cost you more than the price of the ski. you'd need a low compression motor to start (130 is not a low compression one) which means you now are looking at a complete teardown and replacing pistons with low compression ones. Now you need a cam to work with the supercharger setup. Then you need a SC, intercooler, injectors, the cover that holds the SC to the motor and most likely a fuel pump (i dont think the 130 has one that can flow what the SC motor requirs. i may be wrong on this). If you decide to go turbo you need all of the above minus SC and intercooler. That said youre looking at a stupid amount of money. Easier to sell it and add a couple thousand and buy the SC ski.

Ok if I just wanted to replace the pistons and the cams, how much am I looking at and how much hp will it add?

No point in replacing the pistons and cams by themselves. You'd be spending thousands of dollars in parts and labor and lose HP. Those mods by themselves don't make sense. With lower compression you need to add forced induction (ie turbo or sc) to make power. It is much easier and economical for you to sell it and buy a supercharged ski.

You have a ski thats in warranty leave it alone. Although if you just bought it from a dealer go talk to them they will probably be able to offer you the best deal on a trade. Be prepared to lose a little though.
