Just looking for some advice. Engine blew the other day. This boat is in great shape. New seats, looks good. Should I get a new motor (any ideas appreciated) or just give up for the year and get a new ski next spring?
I would determine the value of the ski if it was running and then determine how much a new motor would be and weigh the differences. If the ski is worth $3500 and an engine is $1500, I'd probably go for it. If the engine was $2500....not so much.
