2004 Seadoo Sportster Engine Options need advice

Hello i am new to the Jetboat world and looking at purchasing either a 2004 Seadoo Sportster LE 135HP (2 stroke) or the 4-Tec 150HP (4 stroke version)

Which engine type is recomended given the year of boat? Which engine is more reliabable and easier / cheaper to maintain.

I would like to use the boat to pull skiers / and tubes as well as cruising.

Anything i should look out for this year of Sportster?

I vote for the 4tec.

I have a 2006 LE 2-stroke. It is a bit smelly at times so I vote for you to go with a 4-tek. I have had mine about a year and had a bit of head scratching trouble with the electrical system - nonetheless, when it runs, it runs nice.
