2003 gtx ltd 4-tec need mpem or ecu

The technician says they can't talk to computer. Ski took on water after hose failed. Electronics were submerged for a few days. Mechanic suspects ecu or mpem or harness. Ski fires up and works fine now but would like to have it all back together.
