Thanks for the welcome, new here.
Problem, Grandson overturned his 2002 RFI, flipped it back over correctly. (I was not nearby at the time) He started it back up, slowly rode it back to my area. Then as we were leaving it bogged down and would not exceed 3400 RPM.
Put back on trailer and it opened up over 6000 no problem.
Back in water same bogging down. I have looked on the forum but can’t find troubleshooting after a roll over thread….
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If it ran then there is not water in the engine.
I would open all the electrical boxes and make sure water didn't get into them.

Update:
I opened up electrical boxes and left open a while but really no visible moisture….
Before, I had checked plugs (looked wet like not firing)
Trimmed plug wires a quarter inch..
Checked all other connections and hoses/tubing…
Still missing at idle and not reviving up….

Installed new plugs and runs great.
So, fouled plugs I assume.
Thanks for your feedback..🤙
