I have a 95 gtx.
QUESTION 1: I just changed jet pump oil. The filling screw on mine is on the left of the cone about half way up. How do you get something in there to fill it. The seadoo oil is in a small bottle with a nipple but there is no room to angle it it. Should I use a syringe?
QUESTION 2: I have a seadoo service manual and in the detailed instructions it says to torque the 3 screws on the cone 70 inch pounds. I did that and it wouldn't reach torque - instead it cracked the cone at every slot. So I went back to the torque specs at the back of the manual and it says the GTS has those specs but the GTX is half that or 35 inch pounds. So I bought a new cone and torqued it to 35 inch pounds. Is that right or was there a problem with my old cone and it should really be 70 inch pounds? and no I did not torque to 70 foot pounds haha.
Please enlighten me
