I have a seadoo 1997 GSX, it does not seem to want to accelerate past 30 kph. Once I get to this speed the engine begins to struggle and seems to be non-responsive. I have tried changing the spark plugs, filters, fuel, battery - none of this has made a difference..
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

pull the RAVE valves out and clean them
whatch out for the spring when you take the black cap off
snipe has some good pics on here of rave valves
they will stick and cause boat to hesitate at about 4-5 k rpm
with the valves out, you can peek at the exhaust side of your pistons
you will have to turn motor over a bit to see the sides of pistons
look for any scoring on them
make sure that the rave valves are proper, the rubber diaphram mainly
good luck

Check your voltage, then start and rev to 5500 rpm and recheck voltage. If
its 15vdc or more, the regulator/rectifier is toast, and the mpem is only getting
AC voltage. The raves open around 4400 rpm FYI.
