Has anyone changed out the fuel filters and valves on their own? We bought the boat last summer and it's acting like it starving for fuel once it gets up to 4500-5000RPM. I've read a couple places that the fuel system is pressurized but not sure if that is accurate. From what I can see, there are 3 fuel filters---one on the tank and then 2 inline filters. Any tips/suggestions?
