1996 seadoo xp is hard to start

So,you think I should rebuild them again. I rebuilt them two years ago. But I also rebuilt my carbs on my 94 xp two years ago but those carbs seem fine

if you can't at least pull the carbs off and check the pop off settings then i would highly recommend you send the carbs to one of the members here that offers the carb cleaning and rebuilding service to ensure that they are set up correctly so you have the best chance of getting things back together without any problems.

Actually, I would do a few things. 1 new needles and seats and check pop off. 2 check for spark, if it is not getting correct spark I would check the voltage on the battery, we have had a battery just under 12v and it would turn over but never fire. Replace the battery and check the grounds on the coil. The problem is there is not one answer for you. You need to trouble shoot your problem eliminating one thing at a time. That includes compression test
