Just about to start a project with an arctic 1100 turbo motor , combined with 1990 seadoo gt jet pump assembly.

What impeller would be best with the extra horsepower to work best with the new engine
It Have 177hp and max 7800rpm

( this is a use what I got project,
Going to mount the setup in a 3-4m boat as light as possible,

You're going to want to use a 155mm or bigger pump I'd say. The 1990 models had an old 140mm pump since the motors didn't make a lot of power at the time. There's a lot more impeller options for the amount of power you are making if you go with a 4tec pump.

What is the distance between the 4 bolts on Boltpattern on a 4-Tec pump?

Anybody that can mesure the distans between the lower bolt holes on a 155mm and 160mm Seadoo jet pump?

I can measure one today. I believe you can wallow out the bottom holes on the 155 and make it fit on the 140mm studs. You'll have to open up the 140mm ride plate to 155 if you go that route. A few guys have done it on their X4 hull skis. Google 951 X4 or 1100 X4 to find their build threads on GH or PWCT.

My calipers are not big enough so had to use a tape. Rough measurement but should give you an idea of width.
